Various entertainment industry unions, including IATSE and SAG-AFTRA, have seen multiple victories in unionization efforts. Employees at Oregon Public Broadcasting, KMHD Jazz Radio, The Ringer, WJET-TV, and University of Michigan - Flint have successfully formed unions. Additionally, WGA East members at Spotify and The Ringer have ratified new contracts. Wells Fargo workers in Prospect, CT also unanimously voted to join a union. The Long Beach Media Guild has been formed as the fourth nonprofit newsroom union to join MediaGuildWest this year.
