Jill Ratner has been appointed as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing legal functions, compliance, labor relations, SPE music affairs, government and external matters, and corporate social responsibility teams. Additionally, Tahra Grant has been promoted to Chief Communications Officer, succeeding Bob Lawson in the role.
