America First Legal Wins Lawsuit Against NJ School District Over DEI Surveys

America First Legal has successfully sued a New Jersey school district for forcing children as young as eight to take Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) surveys without parental consent. The Department of Education concluded that the school district violated parental rights by not providing an 'opt out' option for these surveys. This legal victory highlights concerns over the imposition of DEI initiatives in schools without parental approval.
