Argentina has defined rules for the normalization and legalization of previously undeclared assets, including cryptocurrency. The Argentine Federal Administration of Public Income (AFIP) has regulated a tax amnesty program, known as the Asset Regularization Regime. Under this regime, individuals who regularize up to $100,000 will not pay any tax.
