An Austin mother has filed a lawsuit against a popular day care facility after witnessing an employee smother and slap her two-year-old son on a live video feed. The incident, which was captured on camera, shows the employee covering the toddler with a blanket to keep him quiet while other children slept, and then repeatedly slapping him in the face. The father, upon seeing the footage, rushed to the center and initiated a $1 million lawsuit.
