Bitcoin experienced a significant drop, falling by as much as 5.7% on Tuesday, marking its largest one-day decline in two weeks from a high of $65,000. The cryptocurrency's price slid below $63,000, with a further drop to $61,000 amid a retreat from its record high. This wave of selling affected not only cryptocurrencies but also other risk assets, including stocks, as Bitcoin drops nearly 6%. The downturn in Bitcoin's value is attributed to profit-taking activities sweeping across the crypto market.
