
Boeing has reported a $355 million loss for the most recent quarter, primarily due to the repercussions of a midair incident involving an Alaska Airlines 737 MAX 9, which resulted in an 8% decrease in revenue compared to the previous year. In response to the grounding and damages from the incident, Boeing has issued a total of $223 million in credit memos to Alaska Airlines, including $61 million recently to address the financial impact of the grounding.
