Jessica and Richard Climer of Frisco are among dozens of families suing a Houston company over an alleged surrogacy scheme. The families claim the company took their money, and the owner is missing. Despite losing thousands of dollars, the Climers have a healthy baby boy. However, many other families are not as fortunate. The scheme, allegedly involving a wannabe rapper, is said to have defrauded expectant parents and their surrogates out of $10 million.
