France's CAC 40 stock index has experienced a significant decline, erasing all gains for the year. On June 13, the CAC 40 was set for its biggest one-day drop in 11 months, falling by 1.85%. The index continued its downward trend, dropping 0.9% by the morning of June 14. By later in the day, it extended its drop further through 7,600 points, down 1.5%.
