Judge Katherine Polk Failla has granted Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm a three-month delay for his money laundering trial, which was initially set for September 23 and has now been rescheduled to December 2. The defense cited 'complex and novel legal and factual issues' as the reason for the delay. This decision came despite objections from the prosecution.
