A class-action lawsuit accusing Keith Gill, also known as 'Roaring Kitty,' of securities fraud related to his promotion of GameStop (GME) and Chewy (CHWY) stocks has been voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiff, Martin Radev. The lawsuit, filed on Friday in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, was dropped on Monday, just three days after being filed. The case, officially titled Martin Radev v. Keith Patrick Gill (Case No. 1:24-cv-04608-FB-VMS), alleged that Gill engaged in a pump-and-dump scheme. The rapid dismissal has raised questions about the strength of the allegations against Gill.
