



























Major U.S. banks, including JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, and Bank of America, reported their earnings for the first quarter. JPMorgan exceeded expectations with earnings of $4.44 per share and revenue of $42.55 billion. Wells Fargo beat estimates with earnings of $1.20 per share and revenue of $20.86 billion. Citigroup also outperformed with earnings of $1.58 per share and revenue of $21.10 billion. Bank of America reported adjusted earnings of 83 cents per share and revenue of $25.82 billion, slightly beating expectations.
