
Mark Nordlicht, founder of the now-defunct Platinum Partners hedge fund, was sentenced to six months of home confinement for defrauding bondholders of Black Elk Energy Operations. Nordlicht was sentenced in New York federal court on Tuesday, five years and one week after his conviction.
