Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has formed a new product advisory council comprising Patrick Collison, Tobi Lütke, Nat Friedman, and Charlie Songhurst. The council will provide guidance on Meta's AI and tech advancements. Unlike a board, council members are not elected by shareholders and lack fiduciary duties to the company.
