The company, known for its data protection and cybersecurity technology, is seeking a listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol $RBRK. The move to go public was anticipated and follows reports last week that Rubrik was planning to file as soon as the following week. The IPO is being managed by notable financial institutions including Goldman Sachs (GS), Barclays, Citigroup (Citi), and Wells Fargo. Rubrik's financial disclosures revealed a net loss of $354 million on revenue of $628 million for the year ended January 31.
