The alleged plot involved attempting to steal ownership of Graceland, the iconic Memphis home of the music legend, and extorting millions of dollars from the Presley family. The scheme reportedly included forging Lisa Marie Presley’s signature and falsely claiming that Graceland was used as collateral for an unpaid loan. The Department of Justice announced the arrest and charges, highlighting the brazen nature of the attempted fraud. The plot was halted before any fraudulent foreclosure sale could occur.
