Rite Aid, a national drugstore chain, has announced the closure of 30 more stores, bringing the total number of closures to nearly 800 across the United States since filing for bankruptcy. The closures include a significant number in Ohio and Michigan, as well as at least 16 stores in Southern California. The company has now closed 694 stores since its bankruptcy filing. A representative discussed the ongoing program of store closures with the Daily Mail.
