Nouriel Roubini, often referred to as 'Dr. Doom' for his pessimistic market predictions, has filed to launch an exchange-traded fund (ETF) based on his bleak economic outlook. The ETF, managed by Atlas Capital, is set to launch this fall and will include investments in short-term treasuries, gold, climate-resilient real estate investment trusts (REITs), and Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS). According to Atlas CEO, there are plans to tokenize the fund, adding a modern twist to traditional investment strategies.

Roubini filed to launch an ETF…why is it that all the grifters always and invariably end-up launching ETFs?
My question is why all around the same time, right after ETFs launched? Is it random? https://t.co/e4fA7RBX0y
