Poppi is accused of not delivering promised gut health benefits, V-8 Splash of selling artificially-flavored sugar-water as fruit juice, Mrs. Paul's and Van de Kamp's of falsely claiming their fish products are '100% whole fish' when they are not, and Panera for allegedly misleading customers about its energy drinks.
