Rabby, a cryptocurrency wallet service, has come under scrutiny for introducing a 0.25% swap fee that was not clearly communicated to users. The 0.25% fee, which is hidden in the user interface, has led to accusations of deceptive practices. Users have expressed disappointment, noting that the lack of transparency undermines trust. Some suggest that Rabby could adopt a subscription model instead, charging $10 per month with a free tier for managing one wallet. Despite the backlash, some supporters believe the fee is reasonable compared to competitors but criticize the poor communication.
I’m a huge supporter of @Rabby_io and onboarded lots of you there. Businesses needs to be sustainable and a swap fee at lees than 1/3 of the MM one is fair as convenience fee. But no communication before activating it is not acceptable. We expected better. https://t.co/ZHum64SRQj

If rabby wants to make dough they should just charge $10/month and have a free tier for “manage 1 wallet” Would gladly pay them… it’s a top tier product
