Microsoft-backed cloud and data security startup Rubrik has filed for an IPO, aiming to raise between $500 million to $713 million. The company, which will be listed on the NYSE under the ticker RBRK, reported a revenue growth of nearly 5% to $627.9 million in the fiscal year ended January 2024, despite widening losses of 28% to $354 million. This move follows high-profile IPO debuts from Reddit $RDDT and Astera Labs $ALAB earlier in the year.
