Federal officials have charged a San Francisco couple, Jose Badillo, 28, and Jessica Najarro, 30, with mail and wire fraud, as well as money laundering. The charges relate to fraudulent insurance claims submitted on a wrecked car. The couple operates Specialty Towing, which was raided by the FBI in connection with the investigation.
