Two South Florida appeals courts have revived voter fraud cases from 2022 initially brought by the DeSantis administration against convicted felons. Nearly two years after Governor Ron DeSantis announced these charges, the appellate courts overturned previous rulings that had dismissed the cases. This decision allows the Governor's Election Crimes Task Force to proceed with the case against a Miami man.
