The deal notably excludes Vice News, which will continue to engage in strategic discussions with global news organizations to enhance its long-form news and documentary content. Additionally, Vice Media has shifted its focus towards B2B operations, selling two consumer brands and retaining only the day-to-day operations of its remaining consumer sites through the joint venture.
