Viceroy Research has issued a damning report on Globe Life, accusing the insurance company of pervasive fraud and misconduct, particularly at its American Income Life (AIL) subsidiary. The report alleges that AIL was involved in customer fraud and details incidents such as an agent submitting fraudulent insurance applications. Additionally, more than a dozen arbitration cases have been filed against Globe Life, claiming that agents classified as contractors should be considered employees. This report marks Globe Life as the target of a second short-seller attack within a month. Concurrently, a DDoS attack occurred, though it's not attributed to Globe Life. Viceroy also revealed a short position against Globe Life.

This behaviour is not acceptable to @Viceroyresearch. Globe Life investors would be wise to speak out against this conduct. $GL's silence is deafening to this. Globe's agency business appears to ignore any moral compass for ethics, never mind the legal implications. https://t.co/azVizYYtV5
