Swedish trade union IF Metall has filed a second lawsuit against Tesla, alleging that the company failed to inform employee representatives of workplace changes, a requirement under Sweden's Co-Determination Act. The latest lawsuit was filed on Wednesday, while the previous lawsuit remains pending. IF Metall claims that Tesla is in breach of Swedish labor laws by not consulting with employee representatives on matters affecting the workforce.
