Meanwhile, in a related development, a Paris appeals court has challenged the French financial markets authority (AMF) regarding the conditions of Vivendi's corporate breakup. The court ruled in favor of minority investors and acknowledged that billionaire Vincent Bolloré exerted de facto control over Vivendi during its split, prompting the AMF to reassess the situation.
