This latest investment brings the company's total funding to $76 million, achieved in less than 12 months since its seed round. The startup aims to launch the world's first universal AI foundation model for biology, which is expected to revolutionize fields such as biotechnology, medicine, and cosmetics. Following the launch of the largest AI foundation model for pathology in July 2024, Bioptimus is preparing for further advancements in 2025.
