Blue Bell has issued a recall on certain half-gallon cartons of its Moo-llennium Crunch ice cream after discovering that these products were mispackaged and labeled as Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. The mislabeling poses a risk to consumers with nut allergies, as the recalled ice cream contains nuts that are not declared on the packaging. The affected products were distributed to retail outlets, including Walmart, Kroger, and Publix, across 16 states, including Florida. The recall was announced following a notice from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Separately, Hostess has recalled its Ding Dongs snack due to potential mold contamination, leading to the product being pulled from shelves.
