
Aarti Industries reported its third-quarter financial results, revealing a 63% decline in net profit, which fell to ₹46 crore compared to ₹124 crore in the same period last year. However, the company's revenue increased by 6.2%, reaching ₹1,840 crore, up from ₹1,732 crore year-over-year. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also saw a decrease of 11.2%, amounting to ₹231 crore, down from ₹260 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin stood at 12.6%, down from 15% in the previous year. Following the announcement, Aarti Industries' shares experienced a decline of 6.2%, hitting an intraday low of ₹430.65 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
