Bollywood actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa said on 9 July that they are expecting their first child. The couple released a joint Instagram post featuring a cradle encircled by a floral wreath with the caption “Baby on the way” and the single-word remark “Elated.” Rao and Patralekhaa, who met while working on the 2014 film “CityLights,” married in Chandigarh on 15 November 2021 after more than a decade together. Industry colleagues including Neha Dhupia, Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi publicly congratulated the parents-to-be.
