Anaconda Raises $150 Million to Accelerate Python-Based AI Projects, Valued at $1.5 Billion; Metaforms Secures $9 Million to Expand India Team

Anaconda, an AI startup specializing in development tools for developers and data scientists, has raised over $150 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners. This latest investment has propelled Anaconda's valuation to $1.5 billion, a sixfold increase from its previous valuation. The company aims to accelerate Python-based AI projects with the new capital. Separately, Metaforms, backed by Peak XV Partners, has secured $9 million in funding to enhance its AI capabilities in survey, voice, and report automation. Metaforms plans to triple its team in India and expand partnerships with global market research firms.
