$AAPL launched AirPods in 2016. AirPods generated $12B of revenue in 2023. Assuming ~50% margins, that's $6B in gross profit. The rise of AirPods is truly incredible for consumer hardware technology. It doesn't get enough credit, since the iPhone overshadows it.
