A Delhi court has issued an order for the attachment of Bikaner House, located in the capital, to enforce an arbitral award in favor of Enviro Infra Engineers Pvt. Ltd. The Patiala House Court's decision comes as a result of the Rajasthan administration failing to comply with the terms of an agreement between the private firm and Nokha Nagar Palika, leading to a Rs 50 lakh due to the private firm. The property, owned by the Rajasthan government's Nagar Palika Nokha, was attached. The Rajasthan government has responded by issuing instructions to take 'corrective actions'.
