Delhivery reported its Q4 fiscal year 2025 results with a mixed performance. The company's consolidated income rose 5.6% year-over-year to ₹2,192 crore, but it recorded a consolidated loss of ₹68.4 crore, a reversal from a ₹72.5 crore consolidated profit in the previous period. Despite the loss, Delhivery's net profit jumped 190% quarter-over-quarter to ₹72.6 crore. EBITDA increased by 159.8% to ₹119 crore, although the EBITDA margin decreased from 5.4% to 2.2%. The company's express parcel service grew by only 3% year-over-year, which contributed to the topline missing analysts' estimates. In contrast, Shiprocket, a logistics platform that pivoted to the sector in 2017, now powers over 1 million transactions daily, benefiting from the digital shift in commerce.
