This transaction marks the largest ESOP liquidity in the home services provider's history. Urban Company has turned profitable in Q1FY25 at a profit before tax level, according to CEO Abhiraj Bhal. Founders of Snapdeal, Kunal Bahl, and Rohit Bansal have exited Urban Company with a significant return on their investment.
