Indian pet food company Drools has achieved unicorn status following a minority investment from Nestlé S.A. The company had previously raised $60 million from L Catterton, a firm backed by Louis Vuitton. This latest funding round marks a significant milestone for Drools in the pet food sector. In a separate development, Mensa Brands is reportedly in talks to raise a pre-IPO bridge round of Rs 220–250 crore, enlisting the CFO of OLX India as part of its financial strategy ahead of its initial public offering.
