
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached 88.29 acres of land valued at Rs. 300.11 crore in Gurugram belonging to M3M India Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. This action is part of an investigation based on a CBI FIR involving allegations against former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and others for fraudulent activities. Additionally, the ED has seized digital devices, incriminating documents, and unaccounted cash amounting to Rs. 78.15 lakh during raids conducted at seven locations in Punjab, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh related to Malbros International Pvt Ltd. The ED also arrested Purushottam Chhaganlal Mandhana, former Chairman and Managing Director of Mandhana Industries Limited (MIL), in connection with a bank fraud case involving MIL and others. Furthermore, the ED carried out search operations at 16 locations in Delhi, Gurugram, Mahendergarh (Haryana), and Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) against Allied Strips and its promoters Gaurav Aggarwal and Mohender Aggarwal.
