The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has intensified its actions against financial fraud, recently providing relief to victims of the Rose Valley scam. A total of ₹2.29 crore was restituted to 3,762 investors affected by the Rose Valley Group, following a directive from the Delhi High Court. Additionally, the ED has returned assets worth ₹274.60 crore to the victims. In a separate development, the ED arrested the mastermind behind the 'cloud particle scam,' which involves ₹3,558 crore in fraudulent activities, along with his wife at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport. The arrests are part of a broader crackdown on money laundering schemes, with the Kolkata Police also apprehending the kingpin of a digital arrest racket in Delhi.
