
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) reported a net profit of ₹3,001 crore for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, marking a year-on-year increase of 19%. This figure surpassed the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹2,585 crore. The company's total income rose by 1.7% to ₹16,050 crore. Despite the positive profit growth, revenue was noted to have missed estimates. HUL's management indicated a domestic volume growth of 2%, although they expect PAT and revenue to remain muted in the near term. The company, which owns popular brands such as Dove and Surf Excel, has been navigating a challenging market environment.
