
Several major Indian companies have reported their fourth-quarter (Q4 FY25) earnings results. Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL) reported a 3.7% year-on-year decline in net profit to ₹2,464 crore, with consolidated revenue at ₹15,670 crore, up 3% YoY. Volume growth was 2%, and the board declared a final dividend of ₹24 per share for FY25. EBITDA margin stood at 22-23%. For the full year, HUL reported revenue of ₹62,646 crore and net profit of ₹10,644 crore. Nestle India posted a 5% YoY decline in net profit to ₹885 crore, with revenue at ₹5,504 crore, up 4.5% YoY. The company declared a 1000% dividend and a Rs 10 per share dividend, with domestic volume growth of 2%. LTIMindtree reported a 2% YoY rise in net profit to ₹1,129 crore and declared a final dividend of ₹45 per share. On a sequential basis, PAT grew 4% and revenue grew 1%. Tech Mahindra's net profit rose 77% YoY to ₹1,167 crore, with revenue at ₹13,384 crore, up 0.7% quarter-on-quarter. EBIT margin was 10.3%, and EBITDA was ₹1,378 crore. The company announced a 600% dividend and trimmed its workforce by 1,757 employees in the quarter, though headcount was up 3,276 YoY to 1,48,731 for FY25. Axis Bank's net profit remained flat at ₹7,118 crore, slightly exceeding estimates, while net interest income rose 5.5% to ₹13,810 crore. Net interest margin was 3.97%, and CASA deposits accounted for 41% of total deposits. Advances stood at ₹10,40,811 crore, with retail loans comprising 60% of advances. The bank's gross NPA improved to 1.28% and net NPA to 0.33%. The board recommended a dividend of ₹1 per share for FY25. Bajaj Housing Finance reported a 54% YoY jump in net profit to ₹587 crore and revenue up 26% to ₹2,508 crore. Net interest income increased by 31% to ₹823 crore, and assets under management grew 26% to ₹1,14,684 crore. Gross NPA was 0.29%, net NPA 0.11%, provisioning coverage 60%, and loan losses for the quarter were ₹30 crore. Adani Energy Solutions' Q4 net profit rose 79% YoY to ₹647 crore, with revenue up 35% to ₹6,375 crore and EBITDA up 44% to ₹2,251 crore. Margin improved to 35.3%. Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy reported Q4 net profit at ₹55 crore versus ₹1.5 crore YoY, with margin at 5.3%. Cyient's Q4 net profit was up 46% QoQ to ₹186 crore, revenue down 0.9% QoQ to ₹1,909 crore, EBIT margin at 12.3%, and a final dividend of ₹14 per share declared. Tanla Platforms' Q4 net profit declined 10% YoY to ₹117 crore, revenue rose 1.9% YoY to ₹1,024 crore, EBITDA was ₹163.4 crore, EBITDA margin 16%, and a second interim dividend of ₹6 per share was declared.
