Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary has allocated Rs. 515.31 crore to the Asset Disposal Committee, chaired by Justice D.K. Seth (Retd.), for the restitution of properties to approximately 7.5 lakh legitimate investors affected by the Rose Valley Ponzi scam. This allocation aims to provide relief to the victims, highlighting the central government's commitment to addressing the financial losses incurred in the scam. The Demand Draft was officially handed over to Justice Seth as part of the government's efforts to restore the investments lost in the fraudulent scheme.
