India's foreign exchange reserves have increased by $816 million, reaching a total of $653.71 billion as of June 21, 2024. This rise in reserves was reported by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The previous week's reserves were $652.90 billion. Despite the overall increase, foreign currency assets within the reserves decreased by $0.1 billion, standing at $574.13 billion. The total reserves in the week-ended June 21 were up by $0.82 billion.
