India has organized a five-day Jaipur Foot camp in Kabul as part of its ongoing humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan. The camp was conducted by the Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti (BMVSS), a Jaipur-based non-profit organization. During the camp, Indian doctors fitted prosthetic limbs for approximately 75 to 100 disabled Afghan citizens, many of whom were likely injured by land mines during the conflict. The initiative aimed to provide mobility and renewed hope to Afghan amputees, strengthening humanitarian ties between the two countries. The camp received an enthusiastic response, with beneficiaries expressing gratitude for the support. This effort coincided with broader cultural activities by Afghan refugees in India, highlighting a positive image of Afghanistan beyond conflict and war.
