Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd. has received approval to acquire the remaining 25% stake in its material subsidiary, IAC International Automotive India Private Limited (IAC India), for approximately ₹221 crore. Following the acquisition, IAC India will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lumax Auto. IAC India is the sole supplier of panels for Mahindra's BE6 and XEV 9e electric vehicles. Separately, Rasna Pvt. Ltd. has acquired the beverage brand Jumpin from Hershey's India as part of its expansion into the ready-to-drink (RTD) segment, which is valued at around ₹1,000 crore. Rasna plans a national rollout of Indian fruit-based drinks under the Jumpin brand, targeting a launch in June with products priced starting at ₹10. Additionally, Varun Beverages is set to acquire a 50% stake in Everest Industrial for $3.75 million, and PepsiCo completed its $1.95 billion acquisition of Poppi.
