Over 3.02 Kg of gold, valued at 1.76 Cr, along with 04 iPhones, and foreign currency amounting to 118350 USD, were confiscated across 8 different cases from March 17-20. Additionally, a female passenger flying in from Dubai on Spicejet Flight SG 14 was caught with a 240-gram gold chain, valued at Rs 16 lakh, hidden inside her sandals. Further operations from March 20-22 led to the seizure of foreign currency valued at 5.36 Cr, diamonds worth 3.75 Cr, and gold valued at Rs 1.49 Cr, totaling goods worth 10.60 Cr. The contraband was ingeniously concealed in boxes, on the body of passengers, in sandals, clothes worn, hand blenders, toy cars, check-in bags, handbags, and even body cavities.
