
The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has arrested a 47-year-old Nigerian woman at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi for allegedly ingesting 57 capsules of cocaine, valued at ₹10 crore (approximately $1.2 million). The drugs were intended for delivery to a contact in Delhi. In a separate incident, U.S. authorities reported the seizure of $10.5 million worth of cocaine and 65 pounds of methamphetamine in Andover. Additionally, two Indians were arrested in the U.S. with drugs valued at $10 million. An Afghan national was also detained at the New Delhi airport with narcotics worth ₹3.35 million (around $60,000).
