
Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 18,540 crore for the third quarter of FY25, marking a 7.4% increase from Rs 17,265 crore in the same period last year. The company's revenue from operations rose to Rs 2.43 lakh crore from Rs 2.27 lakh crore a year earlier. RIL's EBITDA rose 8% to Rs 48,003 crore, with margins improving by 10 basis points to 18%. Within RIL, Reliance Jio Infocomm reported a 24% year-on-year increase in its net profit to Rs 6,477 crore, with revenue from operations up 15.5% to Rs 29,307 crore and an EBITDA of Rs 15,478 crore. Jio's subscriber base reached 482.1 million, and its average revenue per user (ARPU) rose to Rs 203.3. Additionally, Reliance Retail reported a 10% year-on-year jump in its consolidated profit after tax to Rs 3,458 crore, with revenue advancing 7% to Rs 79,595 crore and an EBITDA of Rs 6,840 crore.
