Supreme Court Dismisses Sukesh Chandrasekhar's February 18 Jail Transfer Plea from Mandoli Jail, Citing Abuse of Legal Process

The Supreme Court of India has dismissed a plea from alleged conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who sought to be transferred from Mandoli Jail to another facility, excluding those in Punjab and Delhi. The court criticized the request as an abuse of legal process, stating that financial resources should not enable such petitions. This ruling underscores the court's stance against perceived misuse of the judicial system by individuals with means.
