
Tanla Platforms reported a 15.4% decline in net profit for Q3 FY25, amounting to ₹118.5 crore, compared to ₹140.1 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue also fell by 0.2% to ₹1,000.4 crore from ₹1,002.6 crore year-over-year. The company's EBITDA decreased by 15.3% to ₹163.4 crore, with a margin of 16.3%, down from 19.2% in the previous year. In contrast, KEI Industries announced a 9% increase in net profit to ₹165 crore and declared a dividend of ₹4 per share. Tata Communications reported a substantial increase in net profit, soaring 424% year-over-year to ₹236 crore, with revenue rising 3.8% to ₹5,798 crore. The EBITDA for Tata Communications was up 2.4% at ₹1,181 crore, while its margin slightly decreased to 20.4%. Tanla Platforms' shares experienced volatility, initially gaining 7.6% before slumping 7.14%, hitting a 52-week low of ₹617.30 in intraday trading.
